• Improve the quality of learning, teaching and assessment using the school’s agreed approaches called “The Lawfield Way” and Midlothian’s literacy and numeracy progressions.
• Improve accuracy and use of assessment data
• Meet the needs of all learners by refreshing relational and nurture-based approaches and improve engagement of some learners.
• Agree a consistent approach to reporting learner progress
