This term, P4’s topic is “Space”. Our learning across the curriculum will largely focus on this theme. We will use expressive arts (art and drama) and technology to develop and demonstrate our understanding of space such as using our Chromebooks to research current scientific developments. In Literacy, we will be writing Narrative Adventure Stories! We will create our own planets and astronauts to add to our stories. We will use our reading skills to explore a range of stories set in Space. In Maths, we are focusing on Measure and Symmetry and in Numeracy we will consolidate our understanding of multiplication and division. In Health and Wellbeing we will be learning about how to keep our bodies healthy through food and exercise.
