Dismissal at the end of the day from the Infant Atrium
As I am sure you are aware, the area where parents meet their children at the end of the day can become extremely busy for parents, children and staff due to the large number of children being dismissed.
In order to ensure that the children from this area are safely dismissed at the end of each session, I have created a rota to allow each class to be dismissed one at a time. In order for this to run smoothly, I would ask that the parents or carers of the 1st class to be dismissed, come forward initially to the area highlighted on the ground and the other parents remain at the back of the playground until it is their child’s class turn to be dismissed. Thank you to everyone who has agreed to help at the fun day. Please arrive at the office at 9:00, we appreciate any help you can offer.
The day is free for all children from Nursery – P7. Staff have worked hard to plan very exciting events including Cool Creatures, an Inflatable Assault Course, an ice-cream van, Beat the Goalie, Animal Zoo, baking and much more.
The details of why we are holding this day are in the newsletter, if you didn’t receive a copy please visit the school website.
Children don’t have to wear uniform tomorrow but we ask that they wear comfortable clothes and shoes for taking part in a variety of activities.
If you do not want your child to take part in face painting please contact the school office on 271 4620 before 9:00.
